GOHEALTH HOLDS INTERACTIVE SESSION WITH ACCREDITED HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS (HCPS) AND THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATORS (TPAS).
GoHealth in it's bid to ensure that all enrolled civil servants and their dependents begin to access health care services by 1st October, 2021 has held a meeting with the over 50 accredited healthcare providers (HCPs) and the 3 recently engaged Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
The aim of the meeting was to introduce the recently engaged TPAs to their respective HCPs, and acclimatise the TPAs and HCPs on GoHealth tools and gateways as well as general operational procedures and guidelines including sanctions for erring groups.
Introducing the TPAs, GoHealth's Team Lead revealed that there will be a signing of an SLA between GoHealth and the HCPs soon, which will be before the end of the month.
He urged all HCPs to carry their staff along in all GoHealth processes. He further urged all HCPs to employ technologically savvy Desk officers, which will be trained and profiled on GoHealth's ICT platform.
Recall that just last week GoHealth signed Service Level Agreements with Medicare Alliance Ltd, Ashmed Integrated Health Services Ltd and Prime Cure Healthcare Ltd as Third Party Administrators to facilitate GoHealth's efforts across the state.
